Local residents and stakeholders from across the board have welcomed the opening of Waimakariri MP Matt Doocey’s electorate offices today.

The offices, in Kaiapoi and Rangiora, were opened by the Rt Hon David Carter, who cut the ribbon alongside Waimakariri’s new MP. Doocey was one of a contingent of new National MPs who were bringing enthusiasm and energy into their roles, Carter said.

Doocey, who has a young family, restated his commitment to serve the families and individuals of Waimakariri, and urged anyone needing assistance to make contact with his offices.
